Hi Everyone - The link above is from <http://www.live.local.com/> www.live.local.com and shows 331 Highland Boulevard, Brooklyn. 331 Highland was/is definitely in Brooklyn, located at the corner of Barberry Court and Highland Boulevard. This address appears to be the house with the red roof immediately behind the arrow marker. If you look closely, there is a street running along the left side of the red-roofed house. This is Barberry Court. The map's highlighting for Barberry Court is wrong. It's off center and runs through a house located two houses left of the red roofed house. Left of Barberry Court is Heath Place. Both of these short streets run from Highland Boulevard back to another - unlabeled - street. That unlabeled street used to be the private road running behind 331 Highland. It was in Queens County and was the outlying border of Wilson Avenue police precinct. I'm wondering if the NYC Municipal Archives cannot locate older photos of 303 and 331 Highland Boulevard, Brooklyn, as they may now be considered part of Queens. Are any of you familiar with the area of 303 and 331 Highland Avenue area? Is it possible someone could send me some photos of the area? With your help, I'm hoping to identify these two family homes.
