Hope this helps, I desperately needed the birth certificates of my brother and sister. Our parents were deceased and both my siblings died horribly from ovarian and pancreatic cancer. My need for their birth certs derived from my doctors questioning my medical history as to the validity of paternity. (This is very personal and I cannot divulge the reasons). I have been using an extremely competent and professional researcher to help me with my genealogy issues and she helped me get them.
