I am having trouble reading a WWI draft registration card and can't figure out the name of a wholesale German bakery where a gentleman named Joseph Mauser/Mausser worked as a "fireman" or oven operator. The bakery name looks something like "Profit & Schomacker," and it was located on Haywood Street in Brooklyn (possibly #87). If anyone has access to business directories for Brooklyn in the early 1900s, any help locating the name of this business would be much appreciated. Thanks.
