Hi, Does anyone have the address for the Social Security application for cards?? I wrote to get a better copy of the application I had received a few years ago.? The number was illegible and I sent a check asking for a better copy.? As a result, I received a call from an irate person wanting to know where I had gotten the copy and telling me that I could not have a better copy.? She was quite upset.? Evidently she didn't know that at one time you could make the request and receive the application. Rita
