I am on FTM 2005, and I imagine your 2006 is similar. On the top of the page, in the toolbar, select Internet. Then there are 2 options for web pages. One is to create a family tree (it will create a tree as I have listed below my family names) , and the other is to contribute to world tree collections. You upload GEDCOMS for each. To create a GEDCOM go to file and select export a file. Then select GEDCOM as your file type. Once you have saved it to your hard drive you can upload it anywhere with that option. There are other sites, such as rootsweb, and then you would follow each sites individual instructions for uploading GEDCOMS. See my web page below done through FTM for an idea of the things you can add to your page through FTM...I think it is a very useful page design. I set my web page up using the ftm 2005 book publishing it allows you to change the files to pdf which has an index of names. I found this was much better than just using the gedcom file.
