Hi, Somehow I was able to find that Frederick Jacobs was buried in Washington Cemetery in Brooklyn. He died July 30, 1902, at the age of 76. You may recall that we could not find his NYC Death Certificate even though the newspaper obituaries said that he died at home (from TB) on Lafayette Ave in Brooklyn. I went to the cemetery today, in person, and they showed me the original Interment Book from 1902. It confirmed his age, the cause of death, but under "residence," it had "Vaelsburg, NJ"! I can only assume that this alternate "address" must be related to a TB Sanatarium or something like that. Has anyone heard of that town before in such a connection? Thanks!
