The WWII draft registration cards available online from Ancestry.com and from FamilySearch are from the "old man's registration," which covered men born between 28 April 1877 and 16 February 1897. WWII draft registration cards for men born after 16 February 1897 are available only from the National Archives, at a cost of $15 per card. My father was born in September 1899...lied about his age and entered the Navy at 17 for WWI....and his draft registration, as well as his brother's and father's are all online. They were all from Beaver Dam, Wi. Hmmmmm.....
