    2. Hello: I had a similar situation with my Great Great Grandparents. There was a unknown man with a different last name buried with them. He died over 30 years after they did. I found their daughter, my Great Grandmother, on the 1930 census and noticed a neighbor of the same name along with his wife & child in the apartment next door. I concluded that 5 years after the census, when the man died, my Great Grandmother did her neighbor a favor and buried the husband in her parents' grave. Times were tough and it may have saved the widow some money. If you have already found your Uncle on a census, go back and look at his neighbors. You might identify the boy.
