Julian Kowalewski from Lodz, Poland, came to U.S. 1908 Julia Miller Kowalewska, wife of Julian, from Lodz, Poland, came to U.S. 1909 with her 5 daughters, whose names follow. Marya = Mary Kowalewska Sargis Helena = Helen Kowalwska Dombroski Oxylia = Stella Kowalewska Madler Alexandra Olga Kowalewska Orlik Otylia Irena = Irene Kowalewska Kessler The Kowalewskis lived in Passaic and Jersey City, NH; also Bronx and Brooklyn.
