Has anyone gotten more recent death certificates from this office? Was it difficult? I'm a little confused by their options. They basically list two cases on their order form: "I. Generally, relatives of the deceased are entitled to receive certified copies of the death record. II. Those Not Related to the Deceased: Only non-relatives who are able to establish a right to the certificate by providing documentation, are entitled to receive a certified copy. " Is that it? Do they issue non-certified copies? I don't want a certified copy, but they don't say anything at all about that as an option. I'm not a direct descendant; I'm trying to get the death certificate of my grandfather's cousin, who died in 2004. I don't know why they couldn't be a little clearer... T.
