Hi all: Thanks to Ancestry.com's new "Brooklyn, NY Catholic Church Baptism Records 1837-1900" index, I've learned?that several of my great-grandfather's sons were baptised in St. Paul's in the late 1890's.? My question is, who holds the records for St. Paul's and what is the protocol for asking for copies?? Should I send a donation and, if yes, for how much, and to whom such a request be addressed???? This is my "brick wall" ancestor, and I've been trying in vain for years to find?out precisey where in Northern Ireland my immigrant ancestor came from.? I'm hoping a town or county wil be listed on the baptismal records (it certainly wasn't on his marriage or death certificate, naturalization, or other records.) Any advice/suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Julie Parks
