I have indexed the book "The Earliest Churches of NY" by Gabriel P Disosway.  John Wesley's name appears on pages 219-224, 226, 228, 230, 232, 238 and 389.  I no longer have a copy of the book as I've donated it to my genealogy library.  Perhaps you could get it at your library or on interlibrary loan and check those pages.
