Hi Dolores, Yes, I do. FYI NYC DOH requires multiple supportive documents, and its long lines make it a time consuming process. When I go there with multiple orders, I can mimimize fees for clients. In-person researchers cannot view documents there any more, pre ordering. If anyone seeks birth certificates post 1909 from NYC Dept of Health, please contact me offlist.
