I wonder if you are having the problem I had. My gt grandfather who lived in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn was impossible to find. When I finally found him he had died on the elevated subway line on his way to work (on his 70th birthday) and was found at the end of the line-in Manhattan! Manhattan was listed as place of death. You realize that Jamaica is in Queens-not Brooklyn. Also, could Brooklyn be Kings County at that point?
