One of my grandfather's brothers was killed at a young age (teenager? or early 20's?) by at car at or near the Bronx Zoo. He was roller skating at the time and my father told me apparently it was a big newspaper story since cars were so rare at that time. I believe he may be one of the first, if not the first person, killed by a car in NYC - not sure how true that is. How would I go about searching New York/Bronx newspapers probably sometime around 1920 for this story? Thanks for any help or suggestions.
