Bronx Park Ave should be in ED 3-823 (ED=Electoral District). If you haven't already viewed the Census page and if you have a Family History Center near you, you can rent their film, 2341213, which should have the 1930 Census of the residents of the street you are looking for. I don't know of anyway of searching on-line for an address. What is the family name you are looking for?
