The 1910 US Census lists my grandparents as Tony and Vincenza Delessio residing at 321 117th St. They lived there with daughters, Louisa, Angelina, Mary, Daisy, and son Charles. The 1920 US Census shows Tony and Vincenza Delassio residing at 2215 2nd Ave. They lived ther with daughters Daisy, Annie, Lillia, and sons Charles and Frank. My Father Louis was born shortly after the 1920 Census in May of that year. His Birth Certificate reads Louis Dalessio. My fathers discharge papers list his name as Louis Delessio. In 1951 he had hhis name changed to Delman. There is no trace of the family in the 1930 US Census. I did not learn of the name change until after my father's death and only had very limited visits with his family. If anyone is familiar with this family please email me at [email protected] Thank you
