Only boxing article I found in the Times. NY Times, Jun 22, 1937, Pg 19 - "St. Francis Preparatory School Graduation - Donald F. Snellback: Only other article I could find that could be related to the family found in the Times. 1920 Census listed what looked like Frank, wife Alice, a daughter and son Donald living at 733 E. 147 St. Bronx.
