The address for MURRAY in the 1910 census is 1160 Hoe Ave. The nearest RC church in your assumed timeframe is: St John Chrysostom Parish 985 E 167th St. Bronx, NY 10459 ====================== You may have done the same thing with 50 E. 132nd, but I can't find a census reference for it. Since I'm still at a loss about Daniel O'Connell, tailor in NYC 1860 census, I decided to try Canada. It doesn't make sense to me that he would be in Canada in 1857, as the ship he arrived on in 1849 cross references with other documents related to NYC. I do know that some of his wife's family arrived in Canada. I hope this will be helpful to someone. Thank you so much! I was able to find both the marriage and death certificate numbers. I live in the Midwest so I'll have to either order them from the LDS in Salt Lake or from the NYC Municipal archives. Thank you so much for your help and good luck with your own research. Dr. McDaniel is a researcher, translator and lecturer and began his own genealogical research more than twenty years ago. He has been a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists for more than ten years.
