It is NOT a will, rather a Petition from his wife, Mary A Fuller to administer his belongings. It also names Eva Redmond, a daughter at Fillmore, NY, Flora Mitchell a daughter at Fillmore NY, Mary Grace Fuller a daughter at Granger NY. The New York State Newspaper Project says there was a newspaper published at Fillmore during this time. This is the newspaper I would check for an obit, if one exists.
