Could he be the son of John F. Fuller and Electa A. Smith? This family lived in Allegany Co., N. Y. Fred was married 2nd to Lora (Carter) Dey, widow of John Dey. He may be the Fred Fuller who was married 1st to Melva Jane Tanner and fathered 4 children with her - Merton O., Marian E., and twins Leon T. & Lloyd W.
