Miss Anna JANSEN, of Wellsville, aged twenty-one, was found by her father, F.M. JANSEN, Saturday, in an out-house with her throat cut and a razor in her hand. There were flesh cuts across her breast, and her throat was cut by no less than a dozen gashes. Physicians were called and the wounds dressed. The windpipe was completely severed, and the patient breathed through the opening at the neck until four o'clock p.m., when she died. The affair has produced considerable excitement.
