I know of this family but have not connected them to my LINZYs. However, I would be optimistic about finding a connection as this is such a unique spelling of the LINZY name, and the ones in W. New York mostly seem to be connected. My research has come a long way since 1998 (my original posting!) and I have a lot of information to share, including information about a Daniel LINZY who was the grandson of Daniel LINZY (the founder of my family line in America), but his father was James and his wife was Jenny Demery. When was Minor born and where? Could he have been the brother of my Daniel. My Daniel was born in 1806 in Oxford County, England.
