Mrs. ELMER was born in Oramel September 7, 1878. She was the widow of Fred ELMER. Surviving are three sons, Clarence ELMER, Rochester, Warren ELMER, Spencerport, and Arthur ELMER, Belfast; two daughters, Mrs. Charles (Irene) MERCIER, Waterveliet, and Mrs. L.J. (Sara) LETTEN, Portville; eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Eleanor GUY, Olean; several nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Free Methodist Church of Belfast. Funeral services will be held at the Wolcott Funeral Home, Belfast on September 16, 1962, with the Rev. Russell VINCENT, pastor of the Free Methodist Church, officiating.
