Classification: Obituary Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/BUB.2ACI/6165 Message Board Post: BECK FLINT No date Beck FLINT, 68, well known retired farmer and life long resident of the town of Centerville, was accidentally killed when he was thrown from a load of hay on the Centerville-Freedom highway when the wagon tongue slipped through the neckyoke going down a steep hill, causing the horses to run away. Mr. FLINT has served for several years as inspector of election and was at the time of his death, the town tax collector. He had been a director of the Centerville Dairymen's League factory since its organization. Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Clarence of Alexandria and Harold of Centerville; three grandchildren, Raymond, William and Billy; one sister, Mrs. Nora WALKER of Gainesville; six brothers, Elmer, Delay, Clarence and Louis, all of Pike; Monroe, of Castile, and Myron of Pavilion.
