She was born August 21, 1887, at Caneadea, a daughter of the late Charles and Cora BURR BALCOM. Mr. POWERS predeceased her. She is survived by five daughters: Mrs. Richard HYER, Miss Helen POWERS, Mrs. Lawrence MILLER, Miss Pauline POWERS and Mrs. Ruth EVANCHO; two brothers, Homer BALCOM and Leclare BALCOM and nine grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Kopler Funeral Home, Fillmore, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 30, 1963, at 10 a.m. in St. Patrick's Church, Belfast, with the Rev.
