BARNEY, the only son of Ziba E. and Eva CARTER BARNEY, was born in the Town of Mount Morris, May 31, 1891 and entered into his Eternal Rest on Sept. 28, 1939 at the age of 48 years, three months and 27 days. On Aug. 18, 1925 he was united in marriage to Frances M. HOYT, who survives him. He had been in poor health for some time but his condition had not been considered serious and his death, caused by a blood clot, came as a shock to everyone.
