DILDINE, 78, died at the home of his son George A., in this village (Fillmore) early Thursday morning. During his last illness he had been confined to his bed for about a week, although he had been in failing health for several weeks. Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Harold WASS, will be held at his late home, the home of his son, at two o'clock Saturday and burial will be made in Woodlawn cemetery, Wellsville. Besides his son, he is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Ola SCHENCK and Mrs. John W. JONES, both of Wellsville, and Mrs. Charles S. JONES, Belmont; also two sisters, Mrs. E. E. SWAIN and Mrs. James SCHENCK, both of Hornell. Mr. DILDINE came to Fillmore with his son George, in the fall of 1926. Since that time until his death he had served as vice president of the Fillmore Telephone Co. Previous to his coming here, he had lived nearly all his life in Wellsville with the exception of ten years spent in the hardware business in Hornell. He was a Past Noble Grand of the Odd Fellow Lodge. While he lived here Mr. DILDINE acquired many acquaintances and friends who will mourn his passing.
