Iowa in 1880. The census indicates he lived in Illinois for a while and I found a marriage record for him to Sarah Harrison, 6 Dec 1874 Whitesides Co. IL. 1880 Census Fremont, Fayette Co. IA Daniel A. Berry 33 NY CT NY Sarah L. 31 IL ENG ENG Charles o4 IL Harry 02 IA But back to Ebenezer and Rebecca. Do you have any dates for them? I have nothing for them after the 1860 census.
