He was born in Rochester, November 9, 1902, a son of Thomas and Mary TOOMEY DONNELLY. On June 24, 1934, he married the former Marguerite McCAFFERY, who survives. He had resided here since 1942. Mr. DONNELLY was a former game warden and New York State Trooper. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Belmont. Besides his widow he is survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Embser Funeral Chapel from 7 to 9 today, and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. A Requiem High Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary's Church Saturday, March 14, 1970, at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Joseph HASSLER, pastor, celebrant. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery at Belmont.
