Mrs. BALLARD has always lived in this community, having been born in the town of Hume, the daughter of the late John and Frederica SCHUKNECHT. Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Frances and Pauline, Fillmore, also two step-daughters, Mrs. Earl FARNSWORTH, Fillmore and Mrs. Bruce CLARK, Rushford. Also a brother John SCHUKNECHT, Corry, Pa. Services were conducted by the Rev. Harold Van WORMER of Dicksonville, Pa., and the burial was made in Pine Grove Cemetery, Fillmore.
