He had suffered a shock the week previously from which he failed to rally. Mr. CURRAN had been in poor health for the past few years. Besides his wife, Belle, he is survived by a sister Mrs. Ella KANE of Belmont and several half brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held at his late home on Genesee Street, Friday at two o'clock, Rev. Harold WASS of the Fillmore M. E. Church, officiating. Burial will be made in the Riverside cemetery, Belfast. The rites of the Masonic Order of which Mr. CURRAN was a member will be held Thursday evening at 7:30.
