French...southern end of Palmer's Pond State Forest off North Road. Wright...on Parks farm Tuttle Road Farnum...Old Turnpike Road Waver Family....Near firetower on George Road. Hills family.....West of the town hall Phillip Creek...on Decker Road. and one with no name located on the Watson Farm on Baker Valley Road. I don't know the area, but maybe some of these names will be in the Beers Atlas you have. Marsha Barbara Shannon <[email protected]> wrote: Hi Listers, I wonder if someone on the list could help me identify an old cemetery. I find it on the Beers Atlas of West Almond in 1869. It is located near Angelica Creek, west of the village of West Almond. E. Watson, G. Watson and A. Post own plots of land nearby. I believe this is the area where my HANKS ancestors once lived. Enoch Hanks, my 4x great-grandfather, owned a sawmill on Angelica Creek in the 1820's. Can anyone tell me the name of the cemetery, is it still there, has a reading of the cemetery been done and if so, is it available on-line or otherwise? Thanks for any help you can provide. 3. Doug, I have no immediate plans to visit the area, but do go through there from time to time (most recently this past May) and will definitely stop my next time through; if I can figure out how to get there from my 1869 map. I currently live in Columbus, Ohio. Barbara ----- Original Message ----- From: "G.
