Lewis Middaugh has bought the work team and farming tools of Fred L Utter and will work the place on shares this year Mr and Mrs Middaugh are occuping the house on the Utter farm just vacated by Mr Briggs. Walter C Willis has bought the Friendship Garage of Orson A Carnahan. The deal includes real estate, machinery, stock, tools, and fixtures, Mr Carnahan vacates the last of the month. Mr James Allen sold his farm near Nile Tuesday to Mr. L.B. Scott of Ischau. The deal includes all stock and tools except the team. The sale was made thru Charles Whitwood of the Herrick Agency.
