Yep. John and Robert Wright were brothers. They married the Welch sisters Clarissa and Catherine respectively. John and Robert's sister Christiana married Russell Spicer. And John and Robert's sister Nancy married Leroy Rice whose brother married Phebe Welch. A lovely entanglement of lines. So, it kinda makes sense that Freelove Tacy Coats Welch and Sally Coats Spicer are related because their children were marrying into the same families in a small geographic area. My two cents.
