We have quite a bit on the Peavey family while so much research is currently going on. We have a public site and a private site that you can check out if interested. This is how we have your line - Alvin7, Newell Jacob6, Hollis5, Jacob4, Samuel3, John2, Wm C1. (not sure if this Wm C is brother of Edward Peve b1666 or not-that's how we have it on our tree but more research is needed). I show that Newell Jacob had brother Alvin Hugh b. 4/13/1872 -I'm guessing your ggrandfather was named after him. This branch has been researched by others for quite some time. I would love to have a gedcom to add to our tree and would love to share info with you which is quite extensive since we are part of a lg group headed up by June Peavey. Her and I have been researching/compiling data together on the Peaveys for 6+ years while she has been researching the Peaveys for over 40 yrs!
