I was told that he died very young (apparently in his 20's) and he was married to Sarah Ingraham (or Ingram) at the time of his death. His daughter indicated in census records that he had been born in Germany. He was probably born around 1870. Some of his family resided in Wellsville. I have found Arnolds that came from Germany, but I can't find anything on William. Can anyone help??
