DAVIS Royal R. DAVIS, of Wiscoy, died November 16, 1970, at his home following a long illness. Born April 30, 1898, in Soldiers Grove, Wis., he was a son of Parker and Lissa BEEBE DAVIS. He married the former Zora MORSE, who survives. Mr. DAVIS was a seaman. Surviving in addition to his widow are a daughter, Mrs. Harold (Patsy) HOUPT of Macedon; six sons, Paul DAVIS, with the Army in Germany, John DAVIS of Portland, Ore., David DAVIS, of Bergen, James DAVIS, of Albany, Timothy Davis at home, and Royal DAVIS, of Boscobel, Wis.; 13 grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Eva STEPHENSON of Soldiers Grove. Funeral services will be held at the Kopler Funeral Home, Fillmore on November 19, 1970, with the Rev. Richard BROWN, pastor of the Rushford Baptist Church, officiating.
