He served in Revolution enlisting in 1775; became captain; settled in Wyoming, PA 1784. After three children born, moved to Athens, PA and then to Angelica, Allegany Co, NY. He had dubious honor of being first man hanged in Allegany County in town of Angelica and rests Til Day Dawns cemetery in Angelica. I'm most interested in the issue of his marriage to Ransom lady.
