BURR, 52, of Pittsburgh, Pa. will be conducted in the Caneadea Methodist Church, December 27, 1966, and burial will be in the family plot in Caneadea Cemetery. Mr. BURR was born in Caneadea, a son of the late Grover and Cecile KELLOGG BURR. He graduated from Belfast Central School and Houghton College, taught school at Marcellus, New York, and served as a naval air officer in World War II. He was discharged with several decorations after service in the South Pacific. Survivors include his wife, the former Arlene McGEE BURR; a son, Keith J. BURR, Jr., and a daughter, Karen, at home in Pittsburgh. Also surviving are a sister, Mrs. Robert TEMPLETON, Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota; and a brother, Lt. Col. Lynn S.
