I have a couple of AUSTINs in my line. One was married to Simeon Rose (my Uncle's father). Her name was Ruth. They lived in or around Cattaraugus County Farmersville area. The other Austin married a Steven MARBLE and is/was located in Michigan. Her name Mary Carol Austin Marble. Steven was born 1950 so they probably are still alive. Don't know if this will help you any, but if you find a connection, I would love to update some of my tree. Oh, I forgot, I also have a cousin that married a Corinne Austin. His name is Mark Pazder. Her family was in the Rushford area in Allegany County. Another relative, Jeffrey walker married a Christine Austin from California (where they now live). I see you are also looking for ROSSes. When we were growing up in Erie County, we had friends that used to visit my parents. There was Bob Ross and his wife Diane. I think he had a brother too, but I cannot remember his name.
