HARK No date Military funeral services for Walter P. HARK, 59, a Spanish-American War veteran, who died September 1, at his home in Castile, were held from the funeral home in Nunda, with the Rev. Henry W. STEVENS, Castile, officiating. The Nunda American Legion conducted the military burial service. Interment was made in Oakwood Cemetery, Nunda. The deceased was born in Hume on October, 7, 1882, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank P. HARK. Mr. HARK had been ill for the past year. Mr. and Mrs. HARK owned a winter home in Lakeland, Fla. and a summer home in Castile. "Walt" as everyone called him was of genial disposition and had a host of friends. The floral offerings were many and beautiful, a token of esteem. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Louise HARK, and one son, Walter HARK, Jr. of Washington, D.C.
