KINNEY William E. KINNEY, of Fillmore, died at the Wellsville Nursing Home Tuesday, March 26, 1968, following a long illness. He was born August 20, 1876 in the Town of Allen, a son of Frank and Margaret ROCK KINNEY. He married the former Alice HAYES, who survives. Mr. KINNEY was a member of St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church of Fillmore and its Holy Name Society. He was a retired farmer and had lived in this area most of his life. Survivors, besides his widow, include a daughter, Mrs. Maynard (Mildred) AYERS of Wellsville; three sisters, Mrs. James (Nellie) LAPP, Mrs. Charles (Clara) HOWELL and Miss Alice KINNEY, all of Fillmore; a grandson and two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Kopler Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. starting today. A prayer service will be held there at 9:30 a.m. Friday, March 29, 1968, followed by a Requiem Mass at St. Patrick's Church at 10:00 a.m. The Rev. Joseph MAGNER, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery at Fillmore. The Rosary will be recited in the funeral home Thursday, at 8 p.m. [Transcribed by Louise Y.
