HOTCHKISS, 41, who was killed in an aircraft collision over Orlando, Fla., Monday, May 8, 1972, will be held Sunday, May 14, 1972, in the Embser Funeral Chapel, Belmont, at 2 p.m. The Rev. Ralph HOWE of Castile will officiate. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Belmont. Maj. HOTCHKISS was born in Castile, January 13, 1931, a son of Edward and Emma HARWOOD HOTCHKISS. He married the former Beverly BLIVEN of Belmont, who survives. He resided in Belmont as a child and later moved to Fillmore where he was a graduate of the Fillmore Central High School. He entered the Air Force in 1954 following graduation from Cornell University. Surviving, in addition to his widow, are a son, Jeffrey HOTCHKISS and two daughters, Patty Sue HOTCHKISS and Michele HOTCHKISS, all at home; two brothers, Cecil HOTCHKISS of Nunda and Lloyd HOTCHKISS of Belmont; three sisters, Mrs. Marguerite HOWE of Castile, Mrs. Marie CLARK of South Boston, Va. and Mrs. Ruth EVANS of Nunda.
