Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/BUB.2ACI/502.521.600.1 Message Board Post: Hello, Audrey. I was really excited to see your post but, interestingly enough, it wasn't because I was researching the Burdicks, but the Allens. I'm doing family history research on my husband's side of the family. He is a great-grandson of William Cyrenus Allen and Mary Alice Green through their son William Cyrenus Allen/Blanche Darnell. William Cyrenus and Blanche's only child, Kenneth Earl Allen, was my husband's father. In researching the Allen side of things, I've actually stumbled onto quite a bit of information on the Burdicks, because of Mary Alice Green, at Ancestry.com, but at this point have absolutely no clue how to sort it all out. This has been quite a gold mine for me, big-time! One thing I love about doing family history research (my own included) is finding cousins and living relatives I never knew existed before. If you or anyone else related to the Burdick/Allen side of things would like to get in touch, please feel free to email me. To be totally truthful, I don't have a whole lot of information on either side, but I do have some and would be glad to share it with anyone who would be interested. Please take care and have an awesome day! Linda
