Hello June(cousin) My 3great grandma was Lydia Capen Knight Delano Blanchard. She was born a Capen and m. Daniel Knight on 10/26/1825. She had Albert on 2/18/1827 and Joseph on 3/8/1829. After Daniel died in 1833, she married her deceased sister's husband:Joshua Laselle Delano and took under her wing his six children. He too died and she married Blanchard. I do have the Capen family back to 16th century. Please let me know if you need info. Albert married three of four sisters...quite a story. Joseph was married twice, I believe. I have letters that his second wife Addie sent to my Gr. Grandmother. Do you have any info on the Knight family. I only have info that Daniels father was an "Ebenezer" and may have been a minister who took his own life from guilt from Rev. War. Would love to hear from you. All the Pattersons listed. It looks like Henrietta went by Etta as that is how she is listed as Etta A. Koons Patterson with Obed mentioned. Swain is just up from Canaseraga or a town over. Do you live in NYS? My husband grew up in Almond and than lived in Canaseraga so we know the area well. I will look in the HQ again for you and search around a little too and get back to you before the day is out. The Roberstsons that my husband is distantly related to are all undertakers in Hornell and have been for four or five generations. Florence, would you have possibly as a?niece of Nancy and Charles, a?girl named Henrietta b. abt 1848?? My ggggrandmother's name was always listed as Henrietta Koons Wright Patterson, after searching hi/lo I haven't been able to find her parents.? Now I'm wondering if perhaps her name wasn't Henrietta Wright Koons Patterson and that the Wright was her middle name and a family name to boot.? Can you tell me anything about this line of Wright's and whether there might be a connection somewhere?? Bricks aren't falling lately.?
