Rev. Msgr. John Walsh's papers about a sister Mrs. Joseph Sweeney of Albany. All indications are that a Mary Walsh, b. Feb. 1850, immigrated with her parents, Michael and Margaret, on Dec. 29, 1851 on the S.S. Panola, and married James B. Sweeney in 1868-1869, lived in Cohoes in 1860, moved to Albany by 1870; had 8 children: Margaret (Dec 1869), Anna (1872), Edward (1874), Mary (1877), Leo James (1881), John Joseph (1882), Gerald Sylvester (1885), and Loretta (1888).
