Hi Cliff, I recently got a new HP computer that has the Vista operating system. My old computer used the Windows 2000 operating system. I was able to get my HP 940c printer to work with a converter plugged into a USB slot. My scanner also worked. I had no problems with my TMG program. I did have to purchase Microsoft Office 2007 program software. Richard
