My posting wasn't planned : -) to sound ticked because of the restriction...I didn't ask, but I've heard that such infrequent restrictions generally result from conditions placed on the document by the copyright owners when permission to film is first given. If it's in the LDS catalog there's probably no reason why the LDS Library would want to restrict usage.
