Offenbacker and his mother "Mattie". She married an ancestor of mine, Charles E. Neaton. I'm trying to find out when that happened so that I can assign his children to Mattie or his other wife. At the time of Charles Neaton's death, Jul 1960, he and Mattie were living in Cohoes, Albany Co., New York. Leonard was living in Round Lake, Saratoga Co., New York. Any help is appreciated.
